Empire Industries was founded by Mr. S. C. Malhotra who hails not only from a naval background but also with a vast business experience of running the Kohinoor Mills Division of Killicks Industries Limited as the CEO.
After having acquired Empire Dyeing Co. Ltd. In 1963, the company soon grabbed the title of being India's Largest Leading Textile Processing House. After having expanded and ventured into different businesses, Empire Industries came up with the latest business division in 2014 - Empire Industrial Centrum.
Since its inception in 1963, Empire Industries Pvt. Ltd. has penetrated and succeeded in all of its undertaken business ventures. Continuing on our journey towards excellence, we have yet again set a new benchmark in the Industrial Real Estate sector with the introduction of the first-of-its-kind Integrated Flatted Industrial Township at Ambernath, MIDC.
This project is very close to my heart and I envision Empire Industrial Centrum to be a pioneer of this new concept that paves the path for such future real estate developments. At the heart of this project is an innovative and modern thought that addresses today's problem thereby introducing a new idea of make, live, play, profit and prosper.

We introduced the unique concept of vending machines to India with Grabbit+ in 2006. We have installed our vending machines in prime Indian cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram. They cater the food and beverages needs of millions of users each day 24X7.
Our machines are designed to provide snacks, beverages, perishables, stationery, coins, sanitary pads, personal care and PPE's. Specialized machines include the trio of snacks, beverages and perishable products. Our quality control standards along with regular monitoring and refilling of products and money into the machines, makes them a customer's delight. Grabbit+ recently launched Crane and International combo vending machines with advanced features like added storage space and interactive touch screen displays.
Our machines also have the unique feature of accepting smart cards, tokens, PayTM, Zeta and other cashless systems. We even launched a Quick Response Team (QRT) with the aim of attending and resolving any complaints in the capacity of 4 hours.

Back in 2008, we revolutionised the frozen seafood market in India by introducing Basa Fish products in the country. We managed to even come to the attention of acclaimed international magazine Forbes which lauded our idea by stating that we have changed the way Indian hotels serve fish. From 6 tons of Basa fish being imported per year in the beginning, we now import 6000+ tons of Basa fish fillets annually.

The brand manufactures premium grade Amber glass bottles and markets them in Indian and across the globe. Our fully automated plant is located in Mumbai's premium industrial locale Vikhroli. More than 1.5 million glass bottles with capacities ranging from 5ml. to 500ml are manufactured here every day.
Our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory ensures that every batch of raw material undergoes a rigorous quality check before the start of production. Post manufacture, each container is made to go through another quality check using an online automatic inspection machine.
